**Duties**:

- Use catalogues and computer databases to identify and locate the correct parts to meet customer's requirements.
- Managing customer enquiries by responding efficiently to counter, phone, and internet enquiries
- Preparation of quotes and purchase orders for trade, retail, and internal customers
- Work closely with the workshop to ensure the correct parts are ordered.
- General warehousing duties including picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, receipting and checking in deliveries, and maintaining the warehouse in an organised manner.

**About you**:

- Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent customer focus
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Enjoy both practical and manual activities, along with administrative tasks.
- Ability to work with hand tools.
- Technical aptitude
- Well presented.
- Driver's license preferred.
