Therefore, due to winning a new major contract, we are excited to invite applications for full time shift work Live Run Support / Data Coordinators to join the team at our Bendigo Head Office.

As our trains operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this position will provide full time hours, on a rotating shift roster basis.

This role is the perfect introduction to the Rail Industry and will provide the successful applicant with a great opportunity to be part of a dedicated and dynamic team.

Duties involved, but not limited to:

-To capture and manage live data of the train operations to ensure the organisation meets all relevant legislative and operational requirements.

- To support the Live Run Coordinator as required to allow them to efficiently manage the train operations to plan.

  • Data entry of live data into various Operating Systems and Databases.

  • Submit and communication of live data to relevant parties and stakeholders.

  • Liaise with train drivers and management to ensure compliance to regulations.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following:

  • Passion for Trains and the Rail Industry not essential, but highly regarded

  • Available to work on a rotating shift roster basis including a variety of day and night shifts

  • Past experience working in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to work unsupervised

  • Ability to maintain a high level of concentration for extended periods

  • Database experience, with a strong knowledge of Excel

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Clear, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Professional and reliable work ethic

  • Current National Police Check or willingness to provide one
