The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and strong demand for our solution-focused approach, we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales & Production Estimator to join our dynamic team.

This diverse role will see you:

  • Get in on the ground floor of a future industry leader.
  • Build upon and refine our well-established, highly competitive price file.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate sales estimates, tenders, and production take-offs for custom and multi-residential projects.
  • Develop bills of quantities, manage budgets, and deliver precise cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, admin, and construction teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, trades, and stakeholders to maintain high standards across every project.

About You

As a high performer in residential estimating, you will:

  • Bring a fresh, positive, and energetic attitude to your work.
  • Be a true team player who values collaboration and collective success.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and consistently deliver accurate, timely estimates.
  • Think outside the box — solve problems, find solutions, and add value at every stage.
  • Have a strong understanding of the SEQ and Northern NSW residential market.
  • Hold at least 3 years' experience in residential estimating (preferably within a Queensland-based construction company; Custom building experience advantageous).
  • Ideally possess a trade or tertiary qualification, coupled with practical, hands-on industry knowledge.
  • Be a confident communicator — able to influence, motivate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Represent our brand with pride, professionalism, and authenticity.
