About the Role

As a Production Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for custom residential builds. Working closely with design and construction teams, you'll ensure precision, cost efficiency, and quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for custom residential projects
  • Interpret plans and specifications to produce comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
  • Collaborate with drafting, construction, and project coordination teams to align project deliverables
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier and subcontractor pricing for reliable forecasting and quoting

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' production estimating experience in residential construction
  • Experience with DataBuild or similar estimating software
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, organised, and adaptable to hybrid working
