We are looking for an experienced client liaison specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team.

If you want to see actual results of your hard work, then this is the role for you as you will be involved from start to finish with ensuring that our clients dreams come true.

The scope of this role includes;

  • Handling initial sales enquiries and moving appropriate clients into our process
  • Managing the design and planning process to ensure that ideas are turned into reality
  • Project Managing the sales process to meet scheduled start dates
  • Making use of the construction and technical expertise of the team around you in order to carry out your duties

We would love for you to have an interest in Energy Efficient building, building science and have a passion for delivering the best possible result for clients

Experience in a small to mid size residential construction company is desired.

Experience in all facets of construction, or a strong willingness to learn and produce great results.

  • Do you want to work on projects that are interesting, challenging and different?
  • Do you want to see homes actually built, not just drawn?
  • Have minimum 2 years working as a project designer, client relationship manager, estimator or in a similar role
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with both subcontractors and clients
  • High level attention to detail
  • Keenness to work in a team while also maintaining your individuality

Salary is negotiable based on experience. This is a 12 month fixed term maternity leave replacement.

This role includes a mobile phone and laptop.
