The Role

You'll be on the front lines — calling, qualifying, and booking appointments for our sales team. You'll work with warm and cold leads, use proven scripts, and be trained by top performers in the industry.

This is not a "clock in and clock out" role — it's for someone who wants to win.

You'll Be Doing:
  • Making outbound & follow-up calls to leads daily
  • Qualifying prospects and booking 15–20 appointments per week
  • Hitting KPIs and smashing your conversion goals
  • Managing your pipeline in CRM tools
  • Working closely with sales leaders to improve performance
You'll Need:
  • 1+ year experience in appointment setting, B2B sales, or call centre work
  • Confident communicator — you know how to control a conversation
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and hungry to hit targets
  • Strong time management & ability to work remotely with discipline
  • Comfortable using Zoom and CRM tools
