What will you be responsible for?

Your day to day could look like:

  • Lead and coach a team of new home consultants to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Support the daily operations of display homes and drive customer engagement
  • Monitor traffic, conversion, and sales performance across multiple sites
  • Drive a strong team culture with high morale, accountability, and development
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and construction teams to resolve issues and align execution
  • Respond to escalated customer concerns, improving satisfaction and referral outcomes
  • Provide regular performance insights and reports to senior leadership

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years' residential sales experience (ideally in project homes)
  • A proven background in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and interpreting sales performance data
  • A collaborative and adaptable leader with a passion for customer experience
