We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team with Clarendon Homes. What will you be responsible for?
Your day to day could look like:
- Lead and coach a team of new home consultants to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Support the daily operations of display homes and drive customer engagement
- Monitor traffic, conversion, and sales performance across multiple sites
- Drive a strong team culture with high morale, accountability, and development
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and construction teams to resolve issues and align execution
- Respond to escalated customer concerns, improving satisfaction and referral outcomes
- Provide regular performance insights and reports to senior leadership
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years' residential sales experience (ideally in project homes)
- A proven background in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and interpreting sales performance data
- A collaborative and adaptable leader with a passion for customer experience
