We're scouting for a Head Chef, the captain of the kitchen You will fuel the crowd, inspiring your team, and delivering big-time flavour in every bite.

Key Plays:

• Manage inventory, suppliers and schedules.
• Lead the Back of House team by inspiring, training and delivering excellence.
• Make sure every plate and prep bench reflects our best-in-class brand

What you'll bring:

• A natural leader with Head Chef experience in a high-energy kitchen
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and team management
• Ability to handle the heat and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
