Position Overview:

We're urgently seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide dedicated mental health experience in Liverpool & Campbelltown area. This role involves assisting clients in building life skills, accessing community services, and achieving their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to client needs
  • Assist with daily living skills, community engagement, and employment/education support
  • Provide mental health support, guiding clients toward self-sufficiency
  • Support clients with social activities, transport, and personal care as required
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Cert III/IV in Mental Health or related field (or relevant experience)
  • Experience: Background in Mental health or Disability

  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check
  • NSW Drivers License
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance and Registration details
  • First Aid and CPR Training
  • Passport or Evidence of your work rights in Australia (if applicable)
  • Education Qualification certificate
