What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first point of contact for guests – creating warm welcomes, solving problems on the fly, and helping make every stay memorable.

  • Greet and check in guests with professionalism and energy
  • Manage phone, online, and in-person reservations
  • Recommend local attractions and services
  • Upsell hotel offerings and upgrades
  • Operate our airport shuttle (Full Driver's License required)
  • Resolve guest issues with confidence and care
  • Keep the reception area organised and welcoming
  • Work as part of a close-knit, supportive team

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Cool under pressure and a natural problem-solver
  • Can-do attitude and comfortable taking initiative
  • RSA Victoria (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Experience in hospitality, retail or customer service
  • A team player who's eager to grow and learn
