Due to ongoing growth and development, we're on the lookout for a full-time Duty Manager to join the team and help drive our vibrant hospitality experience.

About the Role:

As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key part in supporting the Management Team with the day-to-day operations of the venue. You'll focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a positive and engaged team culture.

About You:
  • You're an enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude.
  • You're a customer service superstar who loves creating memorable experiences.
  • You're a hospitality all-rounder who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
  • You're highly motivated, reliable, and driven.
  • You're available to work nights and weekends as part of a rotating roster.
Ideally, you'll have:
  • A current RSA & RSG (or willing to obtain).
  • RMLV and Approved Manager certifications (or willingness to attain – we can help).
  • Previous experience in a similar role (but it's not essential – personality is king here).
