The Opportunity
We are looking for a registered Architect to join our team and contribute to a wide variety of exciting projects, with a strong focus on the multi-residential and commercial sectors. You'll have the chance to lead and shape innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions, guide projects through town planning, and deliver high-quality construction documentation that brings concepts to life. This is a role where you'll collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and a supportive project team, making a real impact while working across all stages of the design and delivery process.
Skills, experience & responsibilities
- Outstanding design and presentation skills which can be translated through Feasibility, Sketch Design, Design Development and Construction Documentation packages
- Confidently lead and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, including managing a project team, client deliverables, brief, budget and timelines
- Highly proficient in preparation of all documentation, leading tender processes, on-site construction services and providing direction to team members
- Extensive local experience across a range of residential and commercial projects from inception to completion
- Proven consultant coordination and client management skills
- Excellent technical, construction and regulatory knowledge, ensure design and construction compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and regulatory standards
- Intermediate - Advanced REVIT experience is essential
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
- Degree qualification in Architecture

More about the role
As a registered Architect, you possess strong design and documentation skills and have an in-depth understanding of the details and technical knowledge required in the delivery of multi residential and commercial projects.
In your role as a project leader, you will be the first point of contact for clients, provide guidance to team members and actively contribute to the resourcing and financial management of your projects. In conjunction with managing the various stakeholders, you will also be able to manage a small project team.
You have strong written, verbal and graphic presentation skills. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to be working across several projects and stages concurrently. Above all, you have a passion for design and you will seize the opportunity to lead a team through all project stages, engage in our collaborative studio community and drive unique design solutions.
