About the Role

We're looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Technical Specialist to help us streamline operations, automate processes, and integrate systems that support our people and projects across Australia.

This is a hands-on technical role where you'll work across Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Azure to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online.
• Integrate systems and automate workflows using REST APIs and Azure services.
• Manage SharePoint environments and extend functionality using SPFx and PowerShell.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and support application lifecycle management.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support a safe, compliant, and collaborative workplace by following WHSEQ procedures, reporting incidents, and contributing to continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Azure.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central.
• Strong programming skills (PowerShell, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerFx).
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and data analytics tools like Power BI and SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A degree in IT and Microsoft certifications (PL-200 or PL-400).
