Traralgon Automotive Group is a fast-paced dealership selling over 200 vehicles per month, backed by a dedicated and long-standing team. We're currently looking for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team as our next F&I Business Manager.

As Business Manager, you'll be central to our customer finance experience and dealership success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting a range of finance and insurance options to customers.
  • Managing finance applications and documentation from start to finish.
  • Supporting smooth settlements and overseeing trade-in payouts.
  • Preparing finance submissions and liaising with lenders.
  • Collaborating with department heads to meet sales and customer service goals.
  • Driving customer retention initiatives and relationship-building.
  • Managing departmental budgets and reporting financial performance.
  • Staying current with finance provider offerings and processes.

To be considered for this position, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Solid understanding of finance and insurance processes within the automotive space.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and manage your time effectively.
  • Competence in IT systems and digital tools.
  • Experience with Toyota Finance or within a Toyota dealership (highly regarded but not essential).
