Role Purpose
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where excellence is the standard? We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team—an ambitious group of professionals driven by quality, creativity, and a shared love of hospitality.

Responsibilities
Skills and experience:
Providing an elevated guest experience is in your DNA - you understand that every plate contributes to a lasting impression. You will need to demonstrate -

• Technical talents that would make any Master Chef judge weak at the knees.
• A collaborative team player approach with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• You will be ambitious, proactive, and always strive to raise the bar
• You will possess a great respect for workplace health and safety practices and procedures
• Your time management will be second to none
• Natural leadership capability - happy to train and support junior members of the kitchen brigade
• You will have availability to work across a 7-day roster including shift work
