About the Role

We're looking for someone with a happy, warm personality who enjoys making people feel welcome. The ideal candidate can think on their feet, spot work that needs to be done without being asked, and keep up a strong pace during busy periods.

What You'll Do

  • Serve customers with a smile and genuine warmth
  • Assist with preparing, packaging, and presenting baked goods
  • Keep the shop clean, tidy, and inviting
  • Work efficiently during busy times and support your teammates
  • Take initiative and show pride in your work
