Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently to various destinations. The ideal candidate will have a valid truck driver's license, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport goods.
  • Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring secure and proper placement.
  • Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.
  • Follow all applicable traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel use, and any incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines.
  • Report mechanical issues or delays promptly to dispatch.
  • Keep truck clean and in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Valid Drivers Licence (HR or MR).
  • Proven experience as a truck driver (1+ years preferred).
  • Clean driving record and background check.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
  • Physical stamina for long hours and the ability to lift heavy loads when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

Pay: $75,500.00 – $95,000.00 per year
