Truck Driver / Ground Crew (MR+)

What You'll Do

  • Drive, operate, and maintain MR trucks to support daily tree works.
  • Assist ground operations: chipper operation, raking/blowing, site clean-ups, safe load/unload.
  • Support climbing crews (spotting, lowering/rigging, tool handling).
  • Keep a tidy, safe worksite and follow all safety procedures.
  • Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Licence: MR (minimum). HR highly regarded. Clean driving record.
  • Fitness: Comfortable with outdoor manual work in varying weather.
  • Attitude: Reliable, safety-minded team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Learning: Willing to upskill (we'll train you).
  • Experience: Arboriculture/landscaping/civil grounds is a bonus, not essential.

Nice-To-Haves (Great, but not required)

  • White Card | First Aid/CPR
  • Chainsaw units (e.g., cross-cutting/maintenance)
  • Chipper, stump grinder, or EWP experience
  • Basic Worksite Traffic Management / Traffic Controller tickets
  • Towing experience (trailers, chipper)
  • Previos experience in Arboriculture/landscaping/civil grounds is a bonus, not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
