Cays Engineering is seeking a motivated and reliable Truck Driver to join our Transport Team based in Mandurah, WA. This full-time role involves delivering fabricated steel from our workshop to project sites and sub-contractors across the Perth metro area. You'll play a key role in the transport of oversize and irregular ("ugly") loads, working with a skilled and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks and trailers
  • Adhering to Main Roads WA operating conditions
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
  • Delivering steel components to sites, suppliers, and sub-contractors
  • Ensuring a high standard of safety and workmanship at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of Main Roads regulations and Fatigue Management compliance
  • Experience with oversize load movements
  • A strong safety-first attitude and attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to take direction
  • Physically fit and willing to assist with loading tasks
  • Experience with steel cartage and loading (highly regarded)
  • Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug & alcohol screenings

Required Licences & Tickets:

  • HC Licence (minimum requirement)
  • Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Dogging and Rigging tickets (highly regarded but not essential)
