Our Technology Associate Program is designed to support individuals from non-traditional pathways looking to enter the tech workforce for the first time, in roles within Engineering, Data Science or Cybersecurity. We understand that every person is unique, and your journey should reflect that. The Technology Associate Program is designed to be tailored to your individual needs, not a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Here's how we make it happen:

  • Personalised placement : During the recruitment process, we'll work with you to understand your career goals, skills and strengths, placing you in a team that best suits both you and the business.
  • Flexible rotations : Rotations are optional, allowing you to customise your experience to meet your development needs.
  • Progress at your pace : Roll off the Program as soon as you're ready, recognising that everyone learns at their own pace.
  • Work flexibly : Choose to work part-time or full-time hours based on your preferences. Many of our teams have adopted hybrid working, where we complement coming into the workplace with working remotely. Enjoy a mix of team-time in our tech hubs across Australia, balanced with working from home.

If this sounds like you and you meet the criteria below, apply today

  • Non-traditional tech pathway : You've completed an alternative education pathway aligned to Engineering, Data Science or Cybersecurity – including TAFE courses, traineeships, micro-credentials, bootcamps and vendor certifications.
  • Note: If you're just starting your career, a Diploma-level qualification from TAFE will set you up for success. For experienced professionals who have reskilled, your valuable work experience means lower-level certifications may be acceptable.
  • Recent qualifications and experience : At the time of your application, you have completed your most recent tech qualification within the last 12 months or are due to complete it within the next 3 months. In line with this, you have less than 12 months working experience in tech.
  • Location : You are based in Sydney at the time of your application. (Please note that locations change from time-to-time, so look out for future job postings if you are not based in Sydney).
  • Availability : You can work at least two days per week.
