The Opportunity

Join our 2-Year Graduate Career Acceleration Program, designed to fast-track your growth, reward your achievements, and open doors to incredible future pathways in Project Management, Sales, or Service Management.
In this role, you'll receive:

What You'll Be Doing- As part of our energetic Customer Hub, you'll be the heartbeat of our customer experience — helping clients solve problems, find solutions, and feel supported every step of the way.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Being the first point of contact for customer calls and emails — handling each interaction with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
- Providing exceptional customer service that makes every client feel valued
- Problem-solving and resolving queries efficiently, with minimal escalation
- Meeting quality and performance standards as part of your growth journey
- Collaborating with your teammates and learning from experienced mentors
- You have a passion for people and technology. You thrive on connecting with people and making a difference. You're curious, motivated, and ready to build a meaningful career
We're looking for someone who:
- Previous customer service experiencein a retail environment would be ideal
- Has a genuine passion for helping others and delivering great service
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment
- Brings strong communication and problem-solving skills
