We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate candidate to join our team in the capacity of  an Electronics Security Administrator for Integriti

The ideal candidate for this position must be able to build excellent rapport with our client and have an impressive ability to communicate. About the role

Reporting into the Security Control Room Supervisor and Client Delivery Manager, this role is responsible for managing and maintaining user access and permissions across Integriti and Milestone systems, including but not limited to access control, alarm codes, and CCTV footage. This will be a Monday to Friday role during business hours.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Administer cardholder databases in Integriti, managing user access levels, time zones, and holiday schedules to ensure secure and efficient access control tailored to organisational needs.
  • Utilise CCTV Systems for search and playback, review footage, generate detailed incident reports, and export video evidence in compliance with legal and organisational requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of access control and CCTV systems to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Identify anomalies, unauthorised access, or inactive users and escalate appropriately.
  • Review Duress Alarm testing results.
  • Adhere to client security policies and procedures.
  • Support implementation of new system rollouts and upgrades.
  • Provide professional, courteous service to our client, while maintaining a strong security presence.

Skills and experience

To be considered for placement you will need to have the following skills/traits:

  • Proven experience in Integriti.
  • Experience conducting system audits and manage electronic systems testing.
  • Fully qualified and Licensed for Security Operations in NSW.
  • Control Room Operator capacity on the Security License is a must.
  • Current First Aid Certification.
  • Proven spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Have access to reliable transport.
  • Have the passion and drive to succeed.
  • Flexible to the ever changing needs of the industry.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Desire to advance and upskill.
