You will execute the project through its progressive stages, from initiation to completion within the project timeline. Your primary objective is to manage projects including testing and commissioning, on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely completion and adherence to schedules.
  • Program electronic security systems configurations with precision.
  • Detect and diagnose errors or technical problems, determining proper solutions.
  • Produce timely and detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities on existing systems.
  • Install small additions and changes to existing systems as required.
  • Conduct surveys and assist in preparing pricing for works required at customer sites.
  • Continuously optimize service delivery and procedures to ensure excellence.
  • Comply with KPIs, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain open communication with the technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Develop positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the electronic security industry.
  • Solid knowledge of executing fit-out of integrated security systems at customer sites, including cabling, electrical, or mechanical work, as well as performing maintenance and commissioning activities.
  • Certification on security systems such as S2, C-cure, Gallagher, Lenel, Milestones, etc.
  • A technical certificate or diploma in electrical or electronics engineering.
  • Proficiency in basic IT networking and CAD will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
