As this career is based on passion and professionalism, this role will provide continual training and support to achieve a very successful real estate career.

**The Role**:
The sales associate role is a fast paced, supporting role to a sales agent. Applicants are required to have the willingness to learn, strong suburb & market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills and high-quality customer service skills.

**Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Prospecting and generating leads
- Database management
- Diary management/organise appointments
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Attending meetings with photographers and consultants
- Liaise with vendors and buyers
- Conduct open homes and buyer inspections
- Participate in sales meetings and training

**Requirements**:

- Hold a current driver's license & your own car
- Be immaculately presented and well groomed
- Have excellent communication skills
- Strong grammar and punctuation
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Sound skills in word processing and databases and a willingness to learn new systems, processes and skills.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
