Automate at scale Implement a true test automation pyramid, shift-left practices, and seamless CI/CD integration. Champion non-functional quality Own performance, resilience, accessibility, and operational readiness testing. Enable delivery Govern test environments, data readiness, and SLAs that empower product teams to move fast safely. Measure what matters Establish quality dashboards and insights that drive continuous improvement. About you You are a strategic leader who knows how to inspire teams, influence direction, and embed quality thinking from the ground up, bringing a balance of technical expertise, operational discipline and proven leadership. Sharing your experience in QA engineering, automation, and test management across complex enterprise environments you constantly look for ways to innovate and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
