About the role
As the Client Engagement Officer based in Townsville, you will coordinate the intake and onboarding of new Alliance Community clients to ensure a smooth transition to service delivery. The main responsibilities for the role include:
- Client Intake – Following up on leads, discussing potential clients with clinical teams and providing quotes and schedule of supports to potential new clients.
- Client Management – Reviewing, optimisting, and providing service improvement suggestions to ensure best support is provided by Alliance Community.
- Compliance – Ensuring compliance with NDIS Participant Service Agreements, Individual Support Plans, budgets, service bookings and other mandatory documentation.
About you:
The main requirement for this role is an NDIS Support Background. We need someone who has experience in the disability service industry within the NDIS framework. If you have experience with complex NDIS participants and SIL (Supported Independent Living) this would be looked upon favourably. Other requirements include.
- Experience with Client Intake within the NDIS Framework.
- Genuine commitment to advocate on the behalf of your clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- IT literate and experience using CRMs.
