*About the Opportunity:*
We are looking for the industry's best Waitstaff to join our team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will be guest focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work.

Main Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave
  • Greet & seat guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table
  • Demonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all times
  • Proactively carry out any other duties as instructed by Crew Leaders

Experience, Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience as a section waitstaff in a high volume, premium restaurant advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
