MAMAS Dining Group is one of Melbourne's premier dining groups. Our ever-growing portfolio includes Hochi Mama CBD, Hochi Mama Richmond, Straight Outta Saigon, Kiss & Tell, Windsor Wine Room and Suzie Q.

The Opportunities

We're looking for experienced Section Waitstaff and Bartenders to join our vibrant venues. These roles come with a guarantee of 20–30+ hours a week to the right candidates. Must be available for weekend work.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have:

For Section Waitstaff / Food & Beverage Salespeople:

  • Experience in a busy venue
  • Confidence managing a section of up to 10 tables
  • Ability to carry three plates
  • Passion for delivering fast, friendly, and professional service
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in hospitality
  • RSA certificate

For Bartenders:

  • Experience working in a busy bar environment
  • Confidence in cocktail making and solid beverage knowledge
  • Familiarity with Asian food and wine (advantageous)
  • Passion for fast, friendly, and consistent service
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with a genuine interest in hospitality
  • RSA certificate
