You will be responsible for delivering PPM, predictive works, powerdowns, energy & building services projects, process development & implementation and day to day responding to issues within the buildings.This position is varied and at times hands on. There will be a requirement to interface with members from all levels of the organisation and the public. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, pleasant and energetic personality, who enjoys providing excellent customer service. To apply you need to have:Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or facilities environment. Certification in Sustainability such as LEED, WELL will be an added advantage. Experience in managing minor projects will be an added advantage.
