What We're Looking For: We're on the hunt for a Senior Casual FOH all rounder, who is not just looking for a job, but a place to grow and thrive. If you have a passion for coffee & customer service, a knack for multitasking, and love building meaningful connections with customers, you could be the perfect fit for our team

What's On Offer: 3-4 days per week, generally 4-5 hour shifts ranging from 6am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build genuine relationships with our customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.
  • Multitask like a pro during busy periods, ensuring all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
  • Take responsibility for the floor - making sure things move as smooth as our coffee
  • Take the initiative and be responsible for opening and closing the store – you're the key to making each day at Hap special.

Requirements:

  • Previous cafe experience is essential as well as a genuine passion building strong relationships.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.
  • At least one full weekend day availability, as one set rostered shift will be on the weekend. Both weekend days may be necessary at times.
