We're looking for a motivated and reliable Café All-Rounder to join our growing team If you're passionate about great food, excellent service, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to high standards.

  • Assemble and present food items, including toasties and other menu offerings, with consistency and efficiency.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic café environment — including seating, service, and kitchen areas.

  • Support daily café operations including dishwashing, food prep, restocking, and general upkeep.

  • Accurately take customer orders, communicate daily specials, and provide allergen information when required.

  • Operate POS and EFTPOS systems, manage cash transactions, and assist with basic end-of-day banking procedures.

  • Perform daily opening and closing duties to support smooth café operations.

  • Work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and a positive, can-do attitude at all times.

  • Uphold Bee Keen's values through professionalism, reliability, and strong teamwork.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in café or hospitality preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.

  • Strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and a friendly, customer-focused approach.

  • Confidence in handling food, drinks, and customer interactions with care and efficiency.

  • A team player who is reliable, punctual, ethical, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
