Di Pacci Coffee Co is one of the fastest-growing coffee companies across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Singapore, and the UK, and we are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Manager to join our team.

This is a key role responsible for managing our entire digital ecosystem across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all Shopify websites across multiple regions
  • Daily updating of websites with new products, descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Oversee full SEO strategy and implementation
  • Manage digital advertising: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.
  • Liaise with our designer, videographer, and sales team
  • Optimise website performance: site speed, uptime, ping, and user experience
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates across all Shopify stores
  • Provide detailed monthly performance reports directly to the owner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across the business
  • Manage apps, integrations, plugins, and system updates within Shopify
  • Work closely with a small, fast-paced tea

About You

  • Strong experience managing Shopify e-commerce websites
  • Proven SEO and digital advertising knowledge
  • Solid understanding of website analytics, performance, and optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Experience in a similar IT/digital manager role preferred
