National BMS contractor that work on projects across Brisbane and Queensland on various sectors including; commercial, defence, healthcare, retail, stadiums and government.

With a current pipeline of projects well into next year this is a great time to join this established BMS contractor as they prepare for the next wave of growth for the Brisbane office.

Position

As a BMS Estimator, you'll play a key role in the pre-construction phase, responsible for:

• Reviewing specifications and drawings

• Preparing accurate and competitive BMS estimates

• Liaising with suppliers for pricing and equipment selection

• Collaborating with engineering and project teams

• Supporting tender submissions and client proposals

You

If you have experience in a similar role previous and can demonstrate the following, please apply;

  • Proven experience in BMS estimating or similar technical (HVAC, Mech Elec, etc) estimating roles

    • Strong understanding of building automation systems and components

    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

    • Familiarity with Tridium Niagara and other BMS platforms is a plus
