We are a family owned and operated Hotel business with two venues located in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. Our hotels include casual dining areas, bars, gaming, functions, entertainment, TAB and Bottleshops.
Our North Shore Tavern has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team.
The Role:
- Assist the Management team in delivering and overseeing the daily operations of all aspects of the venue.
- Leading from the front to ensure the team deliver high standards of service.
- Identify areas for improvement with promotions, entertainment and service delivery.
- Opening and closing the venue and ensuring tight control on cash handling and stock control.
About You:
- Confident in leading and developing a successful team.
- Have managerial experience in fast paced food, bars and gaming operations.
- Self-motivated and driven to be successful.
- Cash Handling and Stock Control experience.
- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Available to work flexible hours of the industry.
- Have the following current qualifications. Approved Managers, RMLV, RSA, RSG.
