What's the Role All About?

As a Recruiter at Robert Walters, you'll be at the heart of everything we do. Your role will be critical as you connect talented individuals who are ready for their next career move with exciting opportunities that align with their goals. You'll also focus on building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring trust and collaboration every step of the way.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Building Relationships: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs while partnering with candidates to help them achieve their career aspirations.
  • Finding Top Talent: Use innovative sourcing techniques to identify high-calibre candidates who are perfect for your client's roles.
  • Managing End-to-End Recruitment: From the first conversation to negotiating offers and placements, you'll guide both clients and candidates through every step of the recruitment process.
  • Providing Expert Advice: Act as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates by offering market insights, salary bench marking, and career guidance.
  • Collaborating With Your Team: Recruitment is a team sport Work alongside supportive colleagues who share your passion for success.
