About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Admin/Receptionist to join our growing team. This is not a patient-facing role - you'll be the first point of contact over the phone, speaking with parents and facility partners, and supporting our team behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

  • Answer calls and support families with appointments/enquiries
  • Manage admin tasks – emails, data entry, filing
  • Support HQ with varied duties (e.g. steri, stock)

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous admin/reception experience (dental/medical a bonus)
  • Confident phone manner and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, organised, and a great team player

The Details:

  • Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm (approx. 38 hrs)
  • Pay: $30–33 per hour (based on experience)
  • Location: HQ in Tullamarine
