Integrated Works Planning Support Officer

This is an exciting 6-month opportunity to be part of leading a future focused electricity network for the ACT.
Help drive smarter, faster work by mastering systems, sharpening data, and syncing workflows. Dive into Integrated Works Planning and see how strategy, tech, and teamwork come together to make things happen.
You'll play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of works by ensuring our work management systems are used effectively, data remains accurate, and workflows are consistent. Spanning multiple IT platforms, the role focuses on embedding planned work into core systems enabling seamless, efficient planning across all work types.
It's a chance to learn how integrated planning drives performance, connects teams, and supports better decision-making across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Create new work orders in the works management system using approved business tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business units to source and analyse relevant supporting data that informs the development and prioritisation of Program of Work creation.
- Interpret and enter program delivery details into the works management system in line with delivery plans.
- Review and adjust newly created work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness. Updating work management records to maintain data accuracy for reliable reporting.
- Monitor business reports to assess compliance with works management standards. Generating and distributing non-compliance reports at scheduled intervals.
- Analyse planning data to identify trends and support initiatives aimed at improving work delivery efficiency.

Our ideal candidate
- Diploma of Business, Data Analytics, Project Management or other relevant qualification or experience
- Experience in data analysis, trending and reporting
- Sound knowledge and experience in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications, with an Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI experience in carrying out process compliance is desired.
