Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Application and Business Support Team within the Market Transactions section of Customer Delivery
  • Keep documentation accurate and up to date, coordinate meetings and correspondence
  • Monitor project progress and help prepare reports, presentations and briefings
  • Strictly adhere to national and jurisdictional regulations including the National Energy Customer Framework (NECF), National Energy Retail Rules (NERR), National Electricity Rules (NER), Metrology Procedures, AEMO Service Level Procedures, MSATS and B2B Procedures, the ACT Utilities Act and other relevant Codes under the Act
  • Other duties within the employee's skill, competence and training

  • Demonstrated understanding of the National Electricity Market (NEM) and National Energy Customer Framework (NECF) in context of Electricity Distribution operations or ability to obtain knowledge in complex subject matter quickly
  • Skilled in Microsoft suite and able to learn new systems
  • Detail-oriented, organised and able to problem solve
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
