It's an exciting time Johnny Gio's Pizza is opening a brand-new store in Mascot and is now hiring Front of House Staff

Johnny Gio's Pizza is one of the fastest-growing pizza brands in Australia. We're all about authentic brick-oven artisan pizza, fast service, and delivering a top-notch customer experience every single time.

We're looking for local, energetic, and positive FOH staff who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Your Role

As a Front of House team member, you'll be the first smiling face customers see and a key part of our service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling POS and payments
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service
  • Taking phone orders
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
  • Managing time and quality control of orders
  • Coordinating and dispatching orders to customers and delivery drivers
  • Dealing with customers feedback and report to manager.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn (training provided)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in hospitality/FOH is highly valued and preferred
  • Local applicants preferred
  • If on a visa, at least 12+ months remaining
