About Us

Located in the heart of Church Street, Parramatta, Restaurant 317 is an award-winning and coeliac-accredited restaurant, renowned for our modern Italian menu with a Mediterranean influence. As the longest-standing restaurant on Church Street, we take pride in delivering high-quality dishes with fresh, premium ingredients in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

The Role

We're looking for talented and reliable servers who are passionate about providing memorable and service in a go above and beyond for the guests. You'll be working alongside an experienced team, creating memorable and amazing experiences for our guests.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced upper class restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Ability to maintain high quality service standards.
  • Experience with dietary requirements and allergies a bonus...
  • A "can-do" attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy front of house environment.
  • Availability for nights and weekends.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia (all working visas must have a minimum of 1 year validity).
