About the role..
An exciting role exists for skilled and motivated individual to join us as the Regional Manager – Breakthru Community Services Victoria. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational excellence for our disability support teams across North-West Melbourne, serving both NDIS and State Funded customers. Your primary focus will revolve around overseeing and nurturing two sites in St Albans and Gladstone Park, with a keen eye on expansion and commitment to delivering top quality service.
Your leadership abilities will shine as you cultivate a customer-centric approach, ensuring that high-quality care is at the forefront of everything we do. With a passion for coaching, developing, and managing your team, you will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead, support, and empower a high-performing team to successfully deliver:
NDIS supports including Support Coordination, Employment Supports, and other Capacity Building Supports in the community.
Homelessness and Housing support Program (Pathways).
Ensure high-quality service delivery that drives sustainable client outcomes and long-term success.
Promote a supportive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects Breakthru's core values.
Drive regional performance, overseeing financial results and achieving key performance indicators.
Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
Working in conjunction with Breakthru's Practice Leads, identify and understand performance gaps and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Lead workforce planning, development, and performance to build capability and support operational excellence.
Collaborate across teams and regions to enhance client outcomes, service satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

With a strong background in operational and financial management, you know how to balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You bring a deep understanding of sector standards, a commitment to person-centred care, and the ability to motivate and support teams to achieve excellence. Essential Criteria:
Business / Management related degree or relevant experience.
5-10 years' experience leading dispersed teams of 10+ employees.
Experience in disability or human services.
Must be able to lead by example in a value's driven organisation.
Ability to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Excellent communication & influencing skills.
Skilled in managing people, budgets, risk, and service quality.
A genuine commitment to inclusion, diversity, and community impact.
Current Driver's License – essential.
