We're now looking for a Sales Administrator who loves organisation, thrives on variety, and wants to play a central role in helping our Sales team shine.  This isn't just another admin job - it's a chance to make an impact every day by keeping our pipeline moving, our leads engaged, and our team running at top speed.

About the role

  • Jump in after product demos to help with follow-ups, scheduling, and admin.

  • Keep our CRM clean by updating records, removing duplicates, and qualifying leads.

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound queries across various channels (email, chat, web forms).

  • Help the team shine by preparing slick collateral like slides, PDFs, and templates.

  • Share updates and reports that keep everyone on the same page.

  • Spot ways to improve how we work and help us document smarter processes.

  • Help qualify incoming leads and tidy up data with smart automations.

  • Support marketing campaigns from social media responses to reporting and event logistics.

  • Roll up your sleeves and jump into other marketing projects when needed.

About you

You'll have 2+ years in a sales admin, sales support, or marketing assistant role (bonus if it's SaaS/tech), be a natural organiser with laser-sharp attention to detail and confident communicator who's upbeat and professional across various channels.  You will need previous experience with CRMs, spreadsheets, and picking up new tools quickly.

You might currently be studying or completed a degree in business, marketing, or communications or have equivalent experience.

This position offers flexibility (0.6–1.0 FTE). Our Head Office is based in Adelaide and the role can be remote from anywhere in Australia however, Melbourne is preferred.
