What You'll Be Doing
  • Calling warm and aged leads (plus some cold outreach)
  • Qualifying prospects and uncovering pain points
  • Presenting the value of solar + batteries clearly and confidently
  • Booking in-home consults for our sales consultants
  • Managing and updating leads in Pipedrive CRM

We're Looking For
  • Proven phone experience: sales, call centre, retention, telesales
  • Solar industry knowledge (a bonus, not a must)
  • Strong objection handling and rapport-building skills
  • Resilient, coachable, and self-driven operators
  • Clear communicators with solid computer skills
  • A team mindset paired with individual hunger to win
