Appointment Setter & Customer Care – Photography Studio

This role is not remote – based on-site at our Gold Coast studio

Casual: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 1 pm

We're a small family business looking for a motivated, organised and energetic team member to help with telemarketing, admin, and customer service.


About the Role:

As our Customer Service & Appointment Setter, you'll play a key part in helping women step into a life-changing experience. You'll be calling leads, connecting with potential clients, and helping them feel excited and confident to book their empowering boudoir shoot.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound calls to warm leads
  • Qualify prospects through friendly, thoughtful conversation
  • Schedule appointments and follow up to confirm attendance
  • Build strong rapport and provide incredible customer care
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings
  • Achieve KPIs
  • Support general admin tasks as needed

  • A proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Confidence to turn a "maybe" into a "YES"
  • A warm, friendly, and professional phone manner
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A results-driven attitude and love for helping people
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Solid written and spoken English
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Quick learner
