We are looking for a motivated professional to join us as a Parts Interpreter

About the Role

You will be part of a diverse and efficient team at Midwest Auto Group with the fantastic opportunity to work within a multi-franchise dealership. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to a busy and efficient Parts department, through the sale of parts and accessories to our customers and internal departments.

Duties

  • Ensure a professional standard is always maintained when dealing with a customer.
  • Interpreting parts for the service workshop and sales teams as well as external trade customers
  • Assisting customers at the retail counter
  • Answering inbound parts enquiries
  • Managing warehouse operation including dispatch and delivery
  • Managing parts inventory for OEM providers

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the role of Parts Interpreter, strong mechanical knowledge or a combination of the two would be a distinct advantage, although applicants from other related industries will be considered.
  • A passion to provide good customer service.
  • Be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • A current Drivers Licence is essential for this role
