TVH are looking for an energetic young person or entry level Administrator eager to start a rewarding career in Administration.

Position is full-time, based at our Wagga Wagga Office. The position is available for immediate start with no experience necessary. You simply need to have a willingness to learn, an eye for detail and a commitment to reliability.

For recent school leavers, please be prepared to show your most recent school report. All applicants should be prepared to provide details for at least two character referees.

About the Role:

NOTE: The successful candidate will be employed under the Clerks Private Sector Award.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the National/State Operational Team with the below, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

  • Creating Customer Orders/Jobs

  • Creating of Supplier Purchase Orders

  • Closing out of Jobs

  • Following up of Suppliers for Close Out of Invoices for End of Month

  • End of Month Close Out

  • Providing assistance to your dedicated operations team/s

About You:

  • Energetic with a willingness to learn

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Time management skills

  • Some Microsoft skills

  • Ability to work in a Team Environment

Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
