UON's business centres around the design, manufacturing, supply, construction and maintenance of remote, off-grid power and water infrastructure, with many of the products manufactured in UON's Malaga facility, based on proprietary and patented designs.

About The Opportunity: 

UON is welcoming EOI from experienced and self-motivated Operators on a2:1 roster to come on board in the New Year. 

Requirements: 

Essential Tickets:

  • Current Manual WA HR Class Drivers Licence
  • White/Blue Card Construction
  • Current Chainsaw certification
  • Current High Risk Work Licence – Forklift (LF)
  • Current High Risk Work Licence – Dogging (DG)
  • Valid Load restraint training (Secure Cargo & Load And Unload Goods/Cargo)
  • Valid Operating Tickets – Excavator (LE)
  • Valid Operating Tickets -IT Loader
  • Valid Operating Tickets -Skid steer Loader (LS)

Desirable Tickets: 

  • Current High Risk Work Licence - C6 – Up to 60 tonne capacity slewing crane
  • Low Voltage Rescue (LVR) Training
  • Cardiopulmonary Perform Resuscitation (CPR) Training
  • Senior First Aid Training
  • Current Nationally Accredited Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years)
  • Chain of Responsibility – Drivers Training

About You: 

  • Good communication skills (written/interpersonal).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Physically able to lift and move items.
  • Ability to follow instructions when given.
  • Ability to work independently & within a team.
  • Ability to read and understand schematic drawings.
  • Organisational and time-management skills.
