Our client is a leading Australian surface exploration company, specialising in diamond drilling services across the resource sector. With expertise in exploration, core directional, metallurgical, and geotechnical drilling, they deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality solutions—and now they're looking for motivated Driller Offsiders to join their growing team.

About the Role As a Driller Offsider, you'll be a key part of the drilling team, supporting daily operations and ensuring equipment and rigs are maintained to the highest standard. You'll gain hands-on experience in remote exploration environments, work closely with skilled drillers, and develop your career in a physically challenging but highly rewarding role.

What You'll Do

  • Assist the Driller with daily operations, including handling drill rods and core samples.
  • Maintain, clean, and inspect drilling equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Support drill site setup, pack-down, and rig mobilization.
  • Safely operate vehicles and transport equipment as required.
  • Follow strict safety protocols, including hazard identification and risk management.
  • Work efficiently in a small, dynamic team.
  • Commit to continuous shift rosters of day and night shifts.

What We're Looking For

  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident residing in Western Australia.
  • Minimum 6 months' experience as a Driller Offsider.
  • HR-B or HR Open Driver's Licence (Manual Only).
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • National Police Clearance (within 3 months).
  • Experience in physically demanding roles.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and reliability.
  • Willingness to work in remote locations and put in the hard yards to progress.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.

Roster & Pay

  • 4/2 roster – 12-hour shifts
  • 2/1 roster – 12-hour shifts
  • Pay rate up to $44.50 per hour + Super
