About the role

Are you an experienced all-round administrator looking for an exciting new opportunity? Cropline Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration (All rounder) to join our team in Welshpool WA 6106. This full-time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support across various functions within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a broad range of administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence
  2. Coordinating office operations and ensuring the efficient running of the workplace
  3. Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Assisting with financial tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking
  5. Supporting the wider team with project work and ad-hoc tasks as required
  6. Maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail in all activities

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a generalist administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  5. A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
