Our client, a large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on foreign signals intelligence, military operations, cyber warfare and information security, require the services of a Project Officer with a TSPV Security Clearance.

Duties of the Project Officer

  • Provide effective general administrative support including program reporting, management of project record keeping requirements and systems;
  • Assist with the development and successful completion of procurement submissions and supporting documentation in accordance with Commonwealth legislation, and Commonwealth and agency procurement guidelines and procedures;
  • Project administration support including schedule maintenance, risks and issues tracking, financial administration and resource management;
  • Assist with financial tasking, contributing to financial planning and budgeting.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting complex ICT projects;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and constructively as part of a team to ensure the timely delivery of a quality ICT capability;
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of Defence Financial systems;
  • Knowledge of technology capability lifecycle (desired);
  • Project and Program assurance and risk management (desired);
  • Demonstrated experience in asset and records management (desired).
